**ATTENTION ALL 6TH GRADE PARENTS**
YEARBOOK BOOSTERS!
Boosters are a great way for families to congratulate their child and/or
the class of 2012 on their promotion to Junior High School. (No friend to friend boosters will be accepted, family only.) Boosters purchase space in the W.S. Mount Yearbook. The money raised by the sale of these boosters will be used toward the cost of graduation expenses.
GUIDELINES for the yearbook boosters are as follows:
•No more than four boosters per child will be accepted.
•Boosters are to have a maximum of 30 words each.
•No last names will be used. Last name initial can be used.
•The yearbook staff reserves the right to review each entry.
PRICES per booster:
Up to 30 words $ 10.00
Please use the attached sheet to submit your entries. Check should be payable to
the W. S. Mount PTA. Please send the check and form in an
envelope to be put in the PTA mailbox by your child’s teacher. Be sure to label
the envelope “Yearbook Boosters” and include your child’s name as well.
PLEASE SUBMIT NO LATER THAN FRIDAY, February 17th.

Dear Sal G., Moving to middle school is a big step. We are so proud of you and all
