Puttin' on the Hits 2012

Important Information:
W.S. Mount will be presenting its 11th Annual Lip Sync Show – Puttin’ on the Hits May 4, 2012 @ Ward Melville High School. This event enables students in grades kindergarten to sixth grade to showcase their dancing and singing talents.
In 2011, there were over two hundred students that performed with eight hundred people in attendance. We are anticipating another great turnout for the 2012 performance.
Show date May 4, 2012 – Rehearsal date April 30, 2012
One parent representative will need to register each act. Open registration will be December 2, 2011 from 6:00pm to 7:30pm at W.S. Mount. At this time, you will submit two song choices, complete an act performance registration form, a student participation form (each student participating needs to complete a form) and the cost to each participant is $5.00 (non-refundable) due at time of registration. Checks payable to W.S. Mount PTA. Parent representatives will be given a free ticket for coordinating the group. They can be obtained at dress rehearsal. ONLY the parent representative needs to attend. All forms are available for download on the PTA website and also available in the main office / POTH mailbox.
